Q: What is your turnaround time? A: Turnaround varies by item and order volume. Typical timelines:

  • Ready-made leather & wood items: 3–10 business days before shipping.

  • Custom or new leather pieces: 2–6 weeks depending on complexity.

  • Pet portraits: 2–6 weeks depending on complexity. Rush options may be available for an additional fee. Exact timing is provided at order confirmation.

Q: Do you offer local pickup in Chicago? A: Yes. Local pickup is available from our Chicago studio by appointment. Select pickup at checkout and we’ll send pickup instructions.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept major credit/debit cards and other standard online payment options available at checkout. Payment is required at the time of order.

For non-custom ready-made items, we accept returns within 14 days if the item is unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
