Agreement to Terms By accessing or using the website, online store, classes, events, or other services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Honey Apple Creations ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

  2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a binding contract with us. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

  3. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically.

  4. Accounts; Registration To access certain features (including class registration, purchases, or account management) you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • We attempt to display prices accurately, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, even after receipt of payment.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as indicated at checkout.

  • Sales tax and shipping fees, when applicable, are added at checkout.

  1. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • We will deliver products by the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise stated.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy as posted on the website.

  1. Classes, Workshops, and Events

  • Class descriptions, schedules, locations (including virtual platforms), and instructors are subject to change.

  • Registration is completed when payment is received. Class fees are as stated at registration.

  • Cancellations and refunds for classes are subject to our class cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of registration.

  • You are responsible for complying with any age, safety, materials, or other requirements listed for a class. We may remove participants for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, designs, trademarks, and software, is owned or licensed by Honey Apple Creations and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may view, download, and print materials for your personal, noncommercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

  • If you submit content (such as images, reviews, or project photos), you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services and our marketing.
